We’re thrilled to introduce our 2025 Annual Celebration guest speaker, Mike Draper owner of RAYGUNshirts! Hear from Mike on Wednesday, March 4 as part of the evening’s festivities.

Mike Draper is the founder and owner of RAYGUN. RAYGUN has been called “The Greatest Store in the Universe” by RAYGUN. It has grown to 10 locations, over 100 employees, but is headquartered in Downtown Des Moines, only 6 blocks from the hospital Mike was born in — so, geographically, he has not come very far in life. To Mike, it’s hard to tell if RAYGUN is at the start of something amazing or the start of a death-spiral. Small businesses are like that. Anyway, hear him ramble about it all.
